Welcome to Castro Valley Yoga!
Since 2002 we have offered a range of classes for all levels of yoga students. We invite you to try out different classes and teachers to find what best meets your needs. We have mats and props for your use. We also hold workshops on various topics.

CVY is on the Move!!
We're very excited to announce that Castro Valley Yoga will be moving soon to a larger, more desirable location. Our new studio will be located just a few blocks away at 3111 Castro Valley Blvd (on the southeast corner of Castro Valley Blvd and San Miguel). If everything goes as scheduled, we'll be moving in mid to late March. In the meantime we'll keep you posted.
